About Meredith
My Background
I began my therapy career working with young adults, couples, and families at Mount Sinai Hospital’s Oncology outpatient division.
Working with cancer patients and end-of-life care gave me perspective on what’s truly important in life — a perspective that continues to influence my therapy approach and commitment to supporting those struggling with anxiety, relationship struggles, and chronic illness.
My Approach
My goal is simple: I’m here to help you thrive.
But to achieve this, I want to know what goals you have in store for yourself.
I will challenge you to get to know yourself and think through what you want in your life and relationships.
What are your values? What brings you joy? What makes you feel strong?
What is your big WHY?
As your therapist, I will take a compassionate and collaborative approach focused on lasting solutions that will take you where you want to be.

What is it like working with our founder?
My clients say I’m sharp and funny but never rushed. I won’t ask you to spend years of your life gazing into your past — you’re here to get results, solutions, and resolutions to help you move forward. I do like to tackle things head-on, but we’ll take our time when we need to. With that in mind, I will help you prioritize which issues might be the most helpful for us to work on first, but our journey together will be directed by you.
