Now is the perfect time to set yourself up for a lifetime of happiness and success.

Your 20s and 30s are a period of enormous change and becoming. It’s when you decide who you are, what you want and what you don’t want. And it’s a powerful moment in your life when you can decide to make permanent, positive changes that can strengthen you for the rest of your life.

We start from a single question: What does success look like for you? Success in your life, in your relationships, in your relationship with yourself? Maybe it’s something as concrete as “I want fewer panic attacks” or “I want clarity on this big life decision, and I want to feel at peace about it.” Or maybe your vision of success isn’t clear yet, and right now you just know that something isn’t working as well as it should, and to get out of it, you may have to do something uncomfortable (like set boundaries, or leave a toxic relationship) and you need support with that.

  • Strengthen your emotional health so you can make decisions with clarity

I’m here for all of it.

My approach is results-oriented, but driven by you. By how you want to work, and how you work best. If that means homework assignments and to-do lists, I’ll give you homework assignments and to-do lists. Or, if it means we do our work in-session only, we’ll do it that way. We can take our time with making big steps or I can be the support you need to take a huge leap. You set the pace. However we work together, we will be working toward helping you create a life you love.
